In order to help us assess and resolve the problem efficiently, please retain the original arrangement and packaging until we provide a solution.
Our flowers are sourced daily to ensure maximum freshness. With proper care (cutting stems, clean water, and avoiding direct sunlight), our arrangements should remain fresh and beautiful for at least five days after delivery. If you believe your flowers did not meet this promise, even with recommended care, please let us know as soon as possible within the first 48 hours after receipt. Our team will work with you to determine the cause and the most appropriate solution.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. In case of flowers that are damaged on arrival, not as described, or fail to meet our freshness guarantee, you are eligible for either a full refund or a replacement bouquet. To qualify, please report any issues within 24 hours for damaged flowers, or within 48 hours if the flowers do not meet the freshness window described. We may request a photo of the flowers and details about the delivery to help us improve our service and ensure a swift resolution.
Once we have verified the issue, refunds will be processed promptly using your original payment method. If you prefer a replacement, we will arrange for a new bouquet to be delivered at your earliest convenience, at no additional cost.
